Louis Prodhon macassar ebony & chrome tantalus

This has to be one of the best Art Deco pieces that we have had the pleasure to own. Designed by Louis Prodhon in France during the Art Deco period the frame is made of burr lined macassar ebony with an ebonised & chrome handle. There are 3 chrome "wheels" with chrome spheres decorating each side of the base and forming the "frame" for the three cylindrical tulip lipped glass decanters with round stoppers. The tantulas has a key to unlock the ebonised and chrome handle to enable the decanters to be removed.
